Kisanex Agro Food Industries ("Kisanex",
"We") delivers vegetables, fruits grown on our farm and produce
sourced from select farmer partners directly to customers through kisanex.farm
and mobile app.

2.Product Categories - Both Organic & Pesticide
Used
1. Kisanex
Saaf Category: These products are
grown on our own farm through Natural Farming. No chemical
pesticides/fertilizers are used.
2. Kisanex
Select Category: These products are
sourced from trusted farmer partners. Govt approved pesticides may be used in
limited quantity as per regulations. We follow safe PHI period.
3. Important
Disclaimer: We do not promise
that all Kisanex products are 100% Organic. Product page will clearly mention
"Kisanex Saaf - Natural" or "Kisanex Select". Please check
category before ordering.
4. NPOP Certified Organic products will have separate "Certified
Organic" badge + certificate number.
3. Delivery - 5 AM to 8 AM
1. Delivery
Slot: Only one slot = 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM. To
maintain freshness.
2. Order
Cut-off: Must order by 10:00 PM for next morning
delivery.
3. Coverage: Currently Baraut, Baghpat and select Delhi-NCR pin codes. Check on
app/website.
4. Minimum Order: 249₹. Free Delivery above 499₹, else
30₹ delivery charge.
5. Delivery Attempt: If no one is available between 5-8
AM after 2 calls, order will be cancelled due to perishable nature. 30₹
delivery charge will be deducted.
4. Pricing & Payment
1. All rates
are in INR. GST included.
2.
"Kisanex Saaf" products may be priced slightly above mandi rates
because there's no chemical cost, but yield is lower.
3. Rates may
change daily. Rate gets locked after order placement.
4. Payment:
UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallet. COD only for repeat customers.
