Kisanex Agro Food Industries - Shipping Policy

1. Order Cut-off Time * All orders placed by 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

• Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the day after tomorrow (next-to-next day).

2. Harvest & Dispatch Process

• Fresh fruits and vegetables are harvested from the farm every morning at 4:00 AM.
• Sorting, quality checks, and packing are completed by 5:00 AM.
• Delivery vehicles are dispatched to the city at 5:30 AM.

3. Delivery Timing

• Standard Slot: Doorstep delivery between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
• If you are unavailable during the morning slot, the customer will be called, and one re-attempt will be made. If the second attempt fails, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed.

4. Delivery Area * Currently, the service is available in select cities/pin codes. You can check availability by entering your pin code on the app.

• The minimum order value is ₹149. A delivery charge of ₹30 will apply to orders under ₹149.

5. Shipping Charges

• Orders ₹149+: Free Delivery
• Orders < ₹149: ₹30 Flat Delivery Fee
• Bulk Orders (10kg+): Free delivery + dedicated time slot (must be confirmed 1 day prior to the order).

6. Order Tracking

• After dispatch, you will receive a live tracking link and the delivery executive's contact number via SMS/WhatsApp.
• Tracking will become active from 6:00 AM.

7. Missed Delivery

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will not be reshipped due to the items being perishable.
• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. There are no charges for COD (Cash on Delivery).

8. Delays: In case of a delay due to bad weather, traffic, or unexpected issues at the farm, you will be informed 1 hour in advance. If the delay exceeds 2 hours (>2 hours), you will receive 50 Kisanex Points as compensation.

- Zero Cold Storage: Kuch bhi stock nahi kiya jata. Jo todte hain wahi bhejte hain.
