A: No. Harvesting starts at 4 AM based on orders placed before 10 PM. After 10 PM, cancellation isn’t possible.

A: No. Due to hygiene, we don’t pick up fresh produce. Returns/refunds are only for quality issues like rotten, damaged, or heavily insect-infested items. "Don’t like taste/color/size" is natural variation - no refund for that.

A: If your item is wilted/damaged, click a photo and report within 1 hour of delivery. You will get: 100% Money Back instantly in your Kisanex wallet. That item Free + 50₹ extra credit on your next order as apology.

A: Because they are natural, not factory-made. Size, color, shape vary with weather and soil. We don’t use chemicals for artificial shine or size. Natural = Real.

A: That’s proof it’s natural and safe. Kisanex Saaf has no chemical pesticides, so minor insect marks or soil can be present. This is not a defect. Please wash thoroughly before use.

A: No. We are 100% honest. Kisanex Saaf: Grown on our own farm using Natural Farming. Zero chemical pesticides/fertilizers. Kisanex Select: Sourced from trusted farmers. Govt-approved pesticides may be used in safe limits. We follow PHI period. Check the product page - we clearly mention the category.

A: Our delivery team will call twice. If no one receives the order, we have to cancel it because it’s perishable. 30₹ delivery charge will be deducted. Please keep your phone on during 5-8 AM.

A: Currently Baraut, Baghpat and select Delhi-NCR pin codes. Check your pin code on kisanex.farm or our app.

A: Minimum order is 249₹. Orders above 499₹ get Free Delivery, otherwise 30₹ delivery charge applies.

A: You must place your order by 10:00 PM for next morning delivery. After 10 PM, our harvesting starts at 4 AM, so we can’t accept new orders.

A: We deliver only once a day, between 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Freshness expires with sunrise, so we don’t deliver after 8 AM.
