1. Order Cancellation, Return & Refund
1. User
Cancellation: Free before 10 PM. After that harvesting starts, cancellation not
possible.
2. Kisanex
Cancellation: We may cancel due to weather, crop damage, or stock
unavailability. Full refund within 2 hours.
3. Quality
Issue: If damaged/rotten/insect found, raise on App with photo within 1 hour of
delivery. We will Refund or Replace within 24 hours + 50₹ credit on next order.
Note: For hygiene, we don't pick up fresh produce.
4. No Return
For: "Didn't like it", "Color is light", "Size is
small" - this is natural variation. No return/refund on this basis.
2. Quality & Safety
1. Kisanex
Saaf: Natural farming, but no 100% pest-free
guarantee. Insect or soil marks may be present - this is proof of being safe.
Wash before use.
2. Kisanex Select: May have pesticide residue within
FSSAI MRL limits. We harvest only after PHI period.
3. Lab Testing: Random batch testing done every month.
4. Kisanex (Kisanex Agro Food Industries) is not liable for any
allergy/food reaction, unless proven that we violated FSSAI norms. Liability
max up to order value.
3. User Account & Conduct
1. Only 18+
age can order.
2. Must
provide correct name, address, active mobile. Keep phone on between 5-8 AM.
3. Fake
order, payment fraud, misbehavior with delivery staff = Permanent account ban +
legal action.

From Farm: Every "Kisanex Saaf" range product comes from our farm.
2. Harvest
Time: Product page shows "Harvested Today at 4:10 AM".

Kisanex logo,
"Khet Se Kitchen Tak", website content, farm photos, all are property
